Position Summary:

Showcase your brilliance, performing unique services that are tailored to client requirements
Work closely with different departments to maximise all potential business leads
Be the “face of the hotel” and deliver service excellence through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation, reservations and dry cleaning
Manage your Concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates
Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner

About You:

A current driver’s license
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
