Job Specifications:
• 10-12 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Proven track record of ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software, including accounting and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with auditing standards and legal requirements.
