Position: Company Driver (Director)

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Administration / Executive Office

Reports To: Director / HR & Administration Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Company Driver to provide dedicated driving support to the Director. The driver will ensure safe, timely, and comfortable travel while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, discipline, and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive the Director to meetings, site visits, and official engagements.
Maintain punctuality and flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, or outstation travel.
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Assist with errands, document delivery, and other tasks as directed by the Director.
Keep accurate records of travel logs, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing.
Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to the administration team.
Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 2 Years of professional driving experience, preferably for senior executives.
Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and navigation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
