Key Responsibilities:
Architectural:
•Develop concepts, space plans, and design presentations.
•Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
•Integrate sustainability and habitability principles into designs.
•Assist in project documentation, material selection, and client presentations.
•Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity.
Communication & Branding:
•Create engaging content for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
•Manage platforms like and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
•Write press releases, project descriptions, case studies, and blogs.
•Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract clients and collaborators.
•Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums.
•Develop client communication strategies for all project stages.
•Assist in preparing award submissions and public relations materials.
Qualifications:
•Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) alternatively Degree in Communications or Content writing skills
•1-3 years of architectural experience with an interest or experience in communication, marketing, or branding.
•Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or PR in the architecture or design industry is a plus.
•Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
