Cocktail Bar Waitress/Waiter

Job description
THE ROLE

As Nobu Cocktail Waitress/Waiter you will be one of the first point of contacts for all guests within the bar and will be responsible for ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
• Warmly greet all guests coming into the Bar with a smile.
• To be aware of all reservations on the books and take note of any VIP or high profile guest coming in.
• To support the bar team including Bartenders and Bar Captains
• Be fully conversant with our cocktail menu and the story behind each drink.
• Have full knowledge of the food menu available within the Bar in order to answer any guest queries that may come through.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
