Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Location: Onsite [ Goregaon East, Mumbai]

Experience: 1-2 years

Working Days: 6 days a week

Qualification: MBA in Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

• Assist clients with financial product offerings, account details, and any service-related concerns.

• Work closely with the internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

• Provide updates on client accounts and help identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell financial products and services.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting new services or solutions.

• Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping of client interactions and follow-up tasks.

• Monitor clients' financial portfolios and provide periodic updates on performance.

• Assist in executing financial plans and reports for clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Finance (preferred).

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management, preferably in the finance or investment sector.

• Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to understand and explain financial concepts clearly.

o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

o Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
