Client Servicing Cum Content Writer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Client Servicing cum Content Writer who excels at building strong client relationships while delivering compelling content across digital platforms. This role demands excellent communication skills, a flair for writing, and the ability to generate impactful content ideas that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand voice, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage feedback and revisions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships by consistently delivering value and insights.

Content Writing & Ideation:
• Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.
• Develop creative content strategies and campaign ideas based on client briefs.
• Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling.

Requirements:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command over English grammar, style, and tone.
• Proven experience in content creation and client management.
• Ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with social media trends, SEO basics, and content marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing writing samples and previous client-facing experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
