Client Servicing Manager & Senior Manager – Event Management

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Client Servicing Managers and Senior Managers to join us at EUR. If you are passionate about building client relationships, delivering seamless events, and driving business growth, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs to ensure repeat business and sustained growth.

Event Coordination:
• Plan and execute events that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Service Delivery:
• Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.

Reporting & Strategy:
• Prepare client service reports and maintain records in CRM systems.
• Identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and event planning teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Qualifications
• Client Servicing Manager: 2-4 years of experience in event management or experiential marketing.
• Senior Manager: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

Note: This position is open only to candidates with client servicing experience in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
