ScrapUncle- The Online Kabadiwala is an App/Website where users can schedule a doorstep pickup for their junk items (Paper, Plastics, Metals, Ewaste, etc.) and get paid for them.

ScrapUncle is an early-stage startup with a small team of 6 members. Currently operating in Delhi NCR, over the last 2 years we have completed more than 25000 scrap pickups and have sent 1.6 Million Kgs of Scrap for Recycling.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced & entrepreneurial COO to oversee our operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business. As startups grow rapidly, operations become more and more involved and complicated. Your comprehensive role will be to own the operations of our company.

Responsibilities
• Take complete ownership of critical processes like daily pickup operations, warehousing, recruitment, expansion, etc.
• Support the company for activities such as marketing, fundraising legal, etc.
• Create and Implement new Strategies, Plans, and Procedures.
• Ensuring profitable unit economics.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data & KPIs
• Scaling overall business X to 100X

Who should apply:
• Any entrepreneurship experience will be viewed favorably
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
• Educational background in Business Administration will be viewed favorably
• Two+ years of high-quality work experience in a relevant role
• Strong Leadership skills

Salary: 6 LPA + (0 to 2)% Equity; Appraisals will be provided based on your performance and the growth of the company.

Working Hours: 10 AM - 8 PM; 6 days a week with weekly off on Wednesday

Location: Okhla Phase-3, Delhi
