Chief Financial Controller

As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and overseeing accounting operations.

Key tasks include month-end and year-end close processes, budget preparation, forecasting, and providing guidance and supervision to junior accountants.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is also necessary. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to supervise and provide guidance to junior accountants. Lastly, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
