Job Summary:

This is a full time employment opportunity and you’ll be working as a Chef at "Spaceats Cafe" Jodhpur. The selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Managing all the kitchen operations and maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen.
Conveying the daily production needs to the superiors beforehand.
Preparing and cooking all type of regular fast food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
Presenting the food in an artistic and creative manner.
Recognizing the quality of food and its presentation and flavor.
Ensuring all food safety and standards are maintained.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Properly handling all the equipment in the kitchen and reporting the malfunction if any at the earliest.
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
Checks raw and cooked food items for quality to verify that standards are met.
Encourages and fosters team members' mutual trust, respect, and collaboration.
Leads by example in terms of guest interactions.
Attends to visitor issues and concerns.

Who can apply?

Are available for the work immediately
Have relevant cooking skills and interest
Must have a can-do attitude and can work dedicatedly and proactively on the assigned task to its completion
Must be able to work for 12 hours a day
Must be willing to go to the extra length to finish any additional task assigned to him/her in a timely manner
