Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnal for a Chef De Partie at Rahat Hotel Restaurant Banquets & Cafe. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring presentation standards are met. The role involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, assisting in inventory management, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation. Additional duties include training junior staff and maintaining high levels of food quality and consistency.

Qualifications
Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking skills
Experience in kitchen management and inventory control
Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
Relevant culinary certifications or equivalent experience
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus,
