Galvin Green Man, Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded pub, is a return home for Michelin starred Essex-born brothers, Chris and Jeff Galvin. What we expect from the ideal Chefs:

· Previous experience at Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level in a busy, fast paced environment.

· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

· Clear communication skills

· Work well under pressure

· Ability to deliver high standards consistently

· Outstanding attention to detail

· High standards of health and hygiene

· Brimming with enthusiasm, can-do attitude and bags of personality

· Strong work ethic and desire to progress
