About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key player in our kitchen, assisting with the preparation and cooking of diverse menu items. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A key part of this position involves baking cakes by following specific recipes for several hours. Your precision and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the quality of our baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Kitchen Management: Open and close the kitchen, strictly adhering to Health & Safety (H&S) standards and food hygiene regulations.
Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas, manage inventory, and assist with stock rotation.
Baking: Prepare and bake cakes following set recipes.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
Skills: Strong cooking fundamentals, basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
Work Ethic: Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and work hard.
Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
