Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in fundraising, financial strategy, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in securing funding for business growth, managing financial modelling, and maintaining healthy relationships with banks, NBFCs, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and secure funding opportunities through banks, NBFCs, venture capital, private equity, and government schemes.

2.Prepare and present investment proposals, financial models, and business plans to potential investors.

3.Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and investors.

4.Manage end-to-end process of loan syndication, debt funding, and equity funding.

5.Monitor the company's cash flow, financial health, and working capital requirements.

6.Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements and financial covenants.

7.Collaborate with management to plan and implement financial growth strategies.

8.Stay updated with industry trends, funding norms, and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

1.Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-5 years of relevant experience.

2.Proven track record in raising funds through various channels (debt/equity).

3.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and investor presentations.

4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5.Strong networking with banks, NBFCs, and private investors is a big plus.

6.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Familiarity with legal documentation and due diligence processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience in fundraising for startups or high-growth companies.

2.Prior exposure to SEBI, RBI, and FEMA regulations related to funding.

3.Knowledge of term sheets, shareholders’ agreements, and debt structuring.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
