Job Description
Working closely with programme leadership, project teams, and relevant business units, you’ll lead end‑to‑end change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. You’ll be a key member of the programme leadership team, providing clear guidance on change impacts and outcomes, with success measured by strong engagement and realisation of programme benefits.
This is a 2‑year fixed term opportunity suited to a hands‑on change professional who thrives in complex, technology‑enabled environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management across the Asset Transformation Programme using recognised frameworks
Develop and maintain core change artefacts (change strategy, impact and stakeholder assessments, communications, training and readiness plans)
Execute and measure change adoption and effectiveness
Coach leaders and teams to support transition and embed new systems and processes
Partner with change agents, workstream leads and project managers to ensure consistent change delivery
Provide insights and reporting to programme and senior leaders
Actively contribute to Agile delivery activities including ceremonies, testing, go-live and post‑implementation
Support solution design by articulating business value and user needs
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with network business units, Group Digital and Energy Services
Engage external vendors, implementation partners, network owners, clients and L&D providers
Health, Safety and Environment
Promote a strong health, safety, quality and environmental culture
Ensure safe work practices and incident reporting
Take responsibility for stopping unsafe work
About you:
You’re an experienced change leader who is confident operating in complex digital transformation programmes and building trust with diverse stakeholder groups.
You’ll bring:
A recognised change management qualification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG)
5+ years’ experience in a similar change management or project role
Proven experience supporting large digital systems implementations
Experience working in utilities or asset management systems (preferred)
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (preferred)
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a cross‑functional environment
A practical, delivery‑focused mindset with strong judgement and decision‑making capability
