Job Role DX Lead Consultant.
Level T3.
Experience 7+ Years.
Responsibilities :
• Deploy UCaaS and CCaaS solutions for clients, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.
• Ability to support On Premise Collab infrastructure (Communications Manager, Unity Connection, UCCX, CER, Expressway, CUBE, etc.
• Utilize tools and platforms for UCaaS and CCaaS deployments, such as Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Five9, Zoom, etc.
• Provide technical support during cutover activities, including system migrations and upgrades.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure the quality and functionality of deployed solutionsmeet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support staff, to ensure successful deployments.
• Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Actively lead handoff of technicalsolution to Managed Services.
• Keep skills in core technologies up to date.
• Skills in Calabrio, NICE CXone, Zoom CX, DialPad are a plus.
Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years Experience with deploying UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, including scripting, configuration, and integration.
• Experience deploying and / oradministering enterprise telephonesystems.
• Familiarity of workingwith telecommunications providers.
• Proficiency in using tools and platformsfor UCaaS and CCaaS deployments, such as Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Five9, Zoom, etc.
• Industry certifications (Cisco, RingCentral, Five9, Zoom, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues during deployments.
• Experience with cutover activities, system migrations, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of QA testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and Python a plus.
