What you´ll do
Lead category reviews for key customers, delivering performance analysis, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations across pricing, promotion, range, and space.
Develop tailored range and space plans for all major Hand Dish and Hard Surface category reviews in Australia.
Build strong business cases to support innovation and NPD (New Product Development) initiatives in relevant categories.
Contribute to NPD goal setting and support go-to-market strategies for new products.
Prepare and present category insights for Quarterly Account Reviews.
Provide additional support for other category reviews or business cases when capacity allows.
Manage data systems including GS1 and SkuVantage to support range launches.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure execution of category strategies aligned with business goals.
What makes you a good fit
Formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably within an FMCG and/or media agency environment.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication, prioritisation, and presentation abilities.
Proven relationship-building capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain lasting professional relationships.
