We make the cakes, now we need you to help us take the cakes!


The Role

Black Star Pastry is looking for a Driver to join our team transporting our beautiful cakes and other products from our Production Kitchen, based in Alexandria, to our various stores and pop-ups dotted across Sydney.


Ideally, we are looking for someone that can help us on Weekends - Saturdays and Sundays for your availability are a must - and if you're also keen for a shift or two on week days, we can all collaborate to determine a roster that works for all, and ensures positive work/life balance.


Your main responsibilities will include -

Pick up and load vehicle promptly in accordance with company procedures.
Deliver product to our stores in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements of food hygiene regulations.
About You

Previous experience as a driver in a larger vehicle. (HV licence not required)
Able to build effective and constructive relationships – a true team player!
Exceptional time management skills.
Good judgement and confident to make informed decisions.
Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business demands.
Passionate about prompt service and delivering a quality product.
Positive ambassador of the BSP brand.
Valid driver’s licence
