Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers, manage cash operations, and maintain a positive shopping experience will be key to our success.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Handle credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales.
Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to promote a welcoming environment.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
