• Illustrate compliance with safety process by following guidelines and protocols.

• Process customer orders by means of the POS system at the checkout counter.
• Implement pre-existing criteria when handling customer refunds and exchanges.
• Every morning, get your store ready for trading by making sure all the registers are unlocked and open for customers to begin making transactions.
• Stick to the approved procedures for receiving cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Adhere to the company's answering procedure while attending phone calls.
• Place, mark, and present merchandise as instructed.
• Produce retail signs that are distinguishable and straightforward to read.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• Participation is limited to those who have reached the age of 18 years or more
• A solid foundation in arithmetic is indispensable for comprehending more complex math concepts like algebra and calculus
• Customer service experience
• Other branches may be visited for aid and support
Job conditions pertaining to travel and the environment:
• The worker is sometimes subjected to a warehouse environment and moving cars while performing their job. The work setting typically has a quiet to moderate level of noise.
Physical/Sensory Requirements:
• The Medium Work job role necessitates the employee to possess the capability to apply a force weighing between 20 to 50 pounds periodically. Alternatively, the employee could apply a force weighing between 10 to 25 pounds frequently or up to 10 pounds of force consistently, to transport objects by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or other movements. In performing the job, the employee will regularly manipulate objects using their fingers and hands. At times, the job duties require the employee to stand, walk, reach out with their arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
