Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Capital Works program safety management systems, processes, and strategies to ensure workplace health and safety (WH&S) compliance across a broad range of construction and building works being undertaken within Metro North Health.

Key Accountabilities
Review and analyze CWID Principal Contractor construction safety management plans, Health and Safety project documentation, high risk work applications, and audit principal contractor safety inspection reports.
Develop and implement process improvements through problem-solving, data analysis, and formulation of standard documentation, including emergency preparedness.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
