We are growing and we need Customer Support Executive in Gangtok to manage incoming or outgoing calls of Sikkim customer concerns,

Ideal candidates who are fresher, young and energetic candidates who like to do call center jobs in Gangtok, you will handle account inquiries, Sikkim customer complaints or support issues etc.

Location : Gangtok, Sikkim

Schedule: Multiple shift (Day, Night and Rotational) - One day off in a week

Job types: Full-time / Regular

Education: Undergraduate / Graduates

Salary Range: INR 15,000.00 - 24,000.00 per month (earning depends on complete orders)

What You’ll do :

We are looking for customer support executive who can join immediate and interact with customers and addresses their concerns answer their questions and assist them with their needs. Moreover apply fresher jobs in Gangtok to join our customer call center.

Roles And Responsibilities for Fresher Customer Care job in Gangtok :
• Listen to customer concerns, issues and questions.
• Give a solutions to customer concerns and answer customer questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly responds to Sikkim customer complaints
• Open new Gangtok customer accounts
• Refer issues and questions to manager

Qualifications for Call Center jobs in Gangtok
• Graduated freshers/ Undergraduates can apply
• Excellent and fluent communication skills Hindi & English
• 0 to any experience in customer support center jobs
• Age Criteria: 18 to 38

• Domestic Voice Process
• 6 days working (Rotational or Fixed Sunday)
• Salary (15k to 24k- Depends on Process, Education and Performance in Interview)
