California Senior Software Engineer Opening

HireIO Inc is searching for a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our software engineering efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and will possess expertise in various programming languages, including C, C++, Java, and Golang.

The role involves leading the development of high-performance computing frameworks and storage systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and implementation of high-performance online services for *** recommendation system;
Lead the development of reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, real-time online training, etc.;
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, or related fields;
At least 5 years of experience in software development;
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
