CAD Architect Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect with 3–4 years of experience to join our team.
• Prepare and review Construction Documents and Shop Drawings with precision.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in design development and documentation using CAD and BIM tools.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
