Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or foreign equivalent
Over 5 years of experience in software application development or high-frequency trading (HFT) infrastructure
Proficient in object-oriented design and software development using C++ in a high-performance, high-throughput environment (preferably Linux)
Strong attention to detail, with expertise in full life-cycle development and performance optimization/latency reduction; able to collaborate effectively with software developers, traders, quants, and infrastructure teams
Benefits
Compensation: $170,000-200,000 a year
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
Schedule: 5 days a week onsite, + hour shift

Responsibilities:
• Make an impact on a successful desk working directly with traders.
• Propose new ideas or gather requirements for additional functionality, both of which are brought into production quickly through our short development cycles.
• Propose and investigate new technologies to help us stay ahead.
