Business Systems Analyst

About the Role
The School Resourcing team within Workforce Services, Systems and Analytics, Human Resources Branch is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time temporary capacity until 30 June 2026.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in documenting business and ICT requirements to support school, region, and corporate system users. Your expertise in data systems will be essential in establishing and documenting business and system requirements, undertaking data analysis to support business objectives, and facilitating process and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and document business and system requirements using technical expertise in data systems.
Undertake data analysis to support business objectives and facilitate process and system improvements.
Identify the needs of stakeholder groups and translate the requirements of the business.
Liaise with developers and testers to deliver system upgrades.
Build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.
Maintain and improve data sources to provide detailed analysis and reporting information that supports evidence-based decision making and planning.
