Business Office Assistant
Part-Time | 15–25 hours/week
St. John Paul II Catholic High School is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Business Office Assistant to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role assists with tuition management, financial recordkeeping, and office coordination while providing excellent service to families, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, deposits, and tuition billing support
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Provide clerical support to the business office
Respond professionally to parent, student, and vendor inquiries
Support special projects and reporting as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred
Administrative, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills
Preferred Experience
School, nonprofit, parish, or Catholic organization environment
Familiarity with tuition or accounting systems
Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours coordinated with the business office.
