Business Development (KAM)

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager at PYG Lifesciences Private Limited in Vadodara, Gujarat, your role will involve conducting market research, enhancing customer service, overseeing sales activities, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. With 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceutical Industries, particularly in API-Intermediates, a Post Graduate degree or MBA in Marketing is preferred for this position.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Handling industrial sales and developing new business opportunities
- Identifying prospects, generating leads, and managing key accounts
- Participating in sales planning based on production needs and supply chain management
- Utilizing excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills to enhance client retention and drive profits
- Developing, executing, and managing sales plans and budgets
- Conceptualizing and strategizing supply and equipment agreements with key accounts and new customers

Basic computer skills are essential for this role, including proficiency in email management, presentations, file management, internet browsing, and social media messaging. Additionally, knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping is important, and familiarity with the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus.
