Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for driven and confident Inbound Sales Representatives to help accelerate MadeComfy’s growth.

You’ll sell our complete end-to-end management service, owning your pipeline from first enquiry through to signed partnership. You’ll combine commercial acumen with empathy and care, delivering consultative sales that build long-term relationships and genuine customer success.

Your Day-to-Day

Manage your inbound leads from enquiry through to signed listing.
Qualify and nurture prospects, identify opportunities, and close business confidently.
Deliver a great first impression that builds trust and sets the tone for long-term partnerships.
Work closely with our Onboarding and Operations teams for a seamless owner experience.
Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Champion customer success, your goal is to help owners thrive.
What You'll Bring

Proven sales experience, ideally in property, hospitality, or a fast-growth environment.
Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people.
Excellent organisation and follow-through, you keep momentum across multiple leads.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with confidence to own outcomes.
Goal-driven energy and creativity to deliver consistent results.
Interest or background in short-term rentals, real estate, or property management is a plus.
