About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development Associate to join our team . In this hands-on role you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong, long-lasting client relationships. You will work closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
Prospect, qualify and generate new leads through research, cold outreach (calls / emails / social), and networking.
Conduct market research to identify target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
Initiate contact with potential clients, schedule and run discovery calls/meetings.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Support the negotiation and closing of contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
Provide timely reports on pipeline, forecasts and market feedback.
Required experience & skills
Experience in inside sales and lead generation with a proven ability to create sales opportunities.
Demonstrable track record in sales or business development, preferably with target/quota experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with cybersecurity.
Experience using sales enablement tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
