About the Role
The Education Technical Officer plays a vital role in supporting and developing simulated clinical learning environments for teaching, education, and research.

This role provides technical support services, maintenance, repair, quality assurance, and improvement for district clinical education needs.

You will educate and support staff and instructors in the use of simulation, audio-visual, and other information and communication technology.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Clinical Education Manager and multi-disciplinary groups to implement and evaluate technologies required for simulation programs
Manage technology-related maintenance agreements, operating and programming mannequins using related operating software, programming needs, and A/V equipment
Locate and manage medical supplies needed to enhance delivery of simulation activities
Provide high-quality customer-focused technical/non-technical support and maintenance of equipment within a clinical education and training environment
Minimum Requirements
Deliver technical support services for clinical education
Maintain and repair simulation equipment
Ensure quality assurance and improvement for education needs
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups
Provide excellent customer-focused support in a clinical environment
