About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth through effective pre-sales and post-sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Google RCS, LinkedIn Marketing, etc.).
Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings (online/offline).
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
Maintain and update lead database and CRM regularly.
Collaborate with marketing team for campaign planning and lead generation.
Sales Conversion:

Follow up with prospects and close deals within defined timelines.
Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Post-Sales Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Act as a single point of contact for client queries and support.
Coordinate with technical/support team for service delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Collect feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Understanding of digital marketing and communication tools (preferred)
CRM handling and reporting skills
Problem-solving and client-handling ability
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Qualification:

Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing/Business preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
