About the role

Bring our Personal Care brands to life with go to market excellence in innovation & execution. In this role you will drive marketing activities that generate long term success of the Personal Care portfolio and retail categories Develop and implement activities across all aspects of the marketing mix to learn and further develop your marketing skills. The main responsibilities will include:

Support the Marketing Manager
Develop and implement new products
Support internal sales team with go to market plans and category strategies
Monthly analysis and reporting of scan and category sales
Manage the brand media campaigns, planning, creative, reporting and budgets
Track and monitor monthly brand budgets
Own creative execution with our internal graphics studio and external partners
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Skills and Experiences:
About you

We are looking for a passionate marketer wanting to bring meaningful change and innovation to established product categories in market. You will have at least 1+ years' experience in Brand management or similar with a drive to learn and build your core Marketing capabilities.

Experience working with FMCG products &/or categories
Grocery Category review knowledge would be advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail in execution including; Packaging & Product design, Media creative, Channel marketing support
Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including in store & above the line Media
Experience reporting on and analysing grocery channel data including scan sales, promotional and display effectiveness
Ability to manage budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts in relation to Marketing activities
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other internal departments
