The Role:
This is an exciting Brand Manager opportunity based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, covering maternity leave on a fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Communications & Marketing ANZ, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Channel Managers, and agency partners to deliver impactful consumer and trade marketing across the New Zealand market.
You’ll have real ownership across campaigns, brand activity and budgets, with the autonomy to make a difference — supported by a collaborative ANZ team.
The Opportunity:
Plan, deliver, and optimise consumer and trade marketing campaigns
Drive brand health, market share growth, and customer satisfaction
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and spend efficiency
Partner with the media agency to deliver high-performing media strategies
Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to continuously improve results
Manage PR activity, sponsorships, partnerships, and Brand Ambassadors
Support new product launches into the NZ market
Work closely with Retail, Dealer, and Commercial Channel Managers on trade activity
Oversee content planning, copywriting, collateral, POS, and creative requests
Manage and grow digital marketing and social media performance
Monitor competitor activity and market insights
Support Local Area Marketing initiatives and internal communications
About You:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Brand Manager (or in a similar role)
Strong end-to-end campaign and brand management experience
Confident managing budgets, agencies, and multiple stakeholders
Analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
Experience with Photoshop and photo/video editing tools (highly regarded)
