We are looking for creative and passionate designers to join our team. You will be working on projects ranging from end-to-end branding to identity design, packaging design and company presentations/brochures. We work with clients across industries such as F&B, FMCG. You will be reporting directly to the creative director to produce high quality work.

Overview

As a Brand Designer at URTEQi Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the visual identity of our clients. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with our clients' brand objectives

Responsibilities
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies.
• Produce high-quality, innovative, and engaging designs across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
• Develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and other visual elements that communicate the essence of the client's brand.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their design requirements, present concepts, and gather feedback.
• Translate client feedback into actionable design revisions, maintaining a client-centric approach.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative and fresh ideas to projects.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to established standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective project workflow and communication.
