Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team, driving business growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in financial services or microfinance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in business development and achieving targets
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications like NISM/IRDAI would be a plus
