BPO Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, understanding customer requirements, pitching products or services, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls or handle inbound calls to prospective customers
Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Follow call scripts while handling objections professionally
Ensure high quality and compliance during customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
