BPO Service Executive

We are hiring for the position of Customer Experience Specialist - Voice Support in Vadodara & Gandhinagar locations. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to provide exceptional customer service through voice support.

Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist - Voice Support

Location: Vadodara & Gandhinagar Salary: Up to 35k (Based on BPO experience & Interview)

Experience Required: 01 to 03 years

Shifts Night shift and Rotational shift between 6 am - 10 pm (247 environment)

Week Off: Any two rotational week off

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills with excellent command over English and Hindi languages.

Ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Prior experience in customer service and voice support in a BPO or similar industry is preferred.

Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in a 247 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.

Minimum qualification of HSC.

Proficient with computers and basic software applications.

Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service through voice support.

Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Accurately record and maintain customer interaction details in the system.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Adhere to established procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Be flexible to work in a 247 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.
