The main role of the Recruiter will focus on Recruitment Operations which involves end to end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates to a specific role which is crucial in the selection process up to onboarding. Reports directly to the Manager for Agent Sourcing and Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements

• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager

• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process

• Responsible in encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner

• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degree

• At least one (1) year of doing end to end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting

• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written

• Willing to work in a fast paced environment

• Must be willing to work on a Night Shift schedule
