Job Title - Business Analyst

Location - Jaipur, India

Shift timing – APAC 6:30AM to 15:45PM

Role Description

The Business Functional Analyst is responsible for APAC KYC MI which includes but not limited to PR, EDR, dbSteer. A dynamic and diverse division, our objective is to make sure that all our services are executed in a timely and professional manner, that risk is minimized. Oversee completion of daily production steering data within dbSTEER and ensures that the dbSTEER Methodology is utilized across the Global KYC organization. Additionally, produce MI and analyses the data to identify trends and recommendations to KYC Management to improve productivity and capacity

Your key responsibilities
• Build SME knowledge of dbSTEER and PR EDR reporting methodology and support regional team, weekly meetings and cover completion of daily control checks and resolution process.
• Completion of dbSTEER change requests, covering tracking of CR, liason with requestor, liason with the product owner/Scrum master.
• Completion of monthly decks to support senior management meetings and Global Command
• Assist in improving current reporting, documenting additional reporting requirements for delivery via Tableau and SQL covering trending and data analysis to enable further productivity enhancements

• Ability to build partnerships with all stakeholders.
• Ability to cover multiple priorities and tasks with the skills to be flexible and adapt to change in a delivery focused environment
• Ability to work in international virtual teams within a matrix organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to all corporate levels including management summaries of issues and progress
• Strong analytical skills with experience in MI analysis Fluent English language skills
