As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the restaurant management team, focusing on training, employment-related issues, and other business operations
You will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
Training and Onboarding: Coordinate training sessions, onboard new employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Employment-Related Issues: Assist with recruitment, employee data management, and benefits administration
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, training records, and other business documents
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and supply management
