Job Description

Hiring for a leading provider of customized Business Process Management (BPM) services. Have tie up with clientele includes Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Looking for a bid manager is responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time. Working under the direction of head of bid management, the role involves leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid.

Job Title: Manager - Bids

Experience: 7+ Years

Work Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RFP/RFI response and content creation
• Work with legal teams on T&Cs and MSAs
• Manage the full bid process to meet deadlines

Requirements:
• Experience in Healthcare or Mortgage BPO
• Strong proposal writing & bid management skills
• Experience with legal coordination for contracts
