Job Description
We are seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants living in the Townsville region.

Responsibilities
Assist NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans within complex support spaces.
Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks and eliminating restrictive practices.
Ensure individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions, and strengths, and promote participation in community activities.
Build knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those supporting participants, including family, carers, friends, etc.
Act as an advocate and role model for best practice.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
