Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently and accurately.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages prepared.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions correctly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required (training can be provided).
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
