Bar Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with extensive retail experience to join our team.

An opportunity has arisen in our Newtown Sports Bar for a Bar Manager role. This role includes managing the store on your own, from inventory control, budgeting, marketing to determine product mix, food offerings, and managing promotions and activations. Managing events/Functions and hosting musical events. Other duties include Staff Rostering, staff management, Store Cash-ups, receiving/dispatching deliveries, TAB Management, and Pokies management. You need to be physically fit as there may be some lifting involved around Kegs etc. You must have a Duty Managers Certificate with at least 1-year or more liquor retail experience.

Food certification is preferable but not compulsory as training will be provided.
