BAR MANAGER

Kemuri Hi-Fi is located in the iconic Commercial Bay. We are known for our cocktail and whisky program.

We are looking for a talented and experience Bar Manger who will drive our simple service philosophy, our guests are here to have a good time! We want everyone that comes in to feel part of the fun, with warm, friendly and energised service. Your ability to show the love will come naturally. No two nights will be the same and you will thrive in a dynamic and electric environment. You’ll have experience working in high energy and fun venues. 4+ years in a similar role, with solid leadership experience. This is an environment where professional growth happens every day and you should be comfortable coaching others to reach their potential. A High level of Mixology experience is essential.

A high degree of competency should be demonstrated in the following areas:
Stock control and analysis
Management of COGS
Rostering according to set labour budgets
Wage forecasting
Proficient in computer programmes such as Microsoft Office (essential).
Ability to set and manage budgets
Implementing and managing H&S policies
Experience growing culture, staff engagement and recruitment

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
