Job Title: Infra Support Engineer

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

The Infra support engineer is responsible for handling day to day Infra related tickets which are related to user issues and support the production environment and help maintain production stability.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Site Reliability Engineering – utilizing advanced notification and automation;
• Service Request fulfillment to support internal customers.
• Production Support, trouble shooting, Incident and Problem management.
• Managing customer escalations within the defined SLA.
• Acting as primary customer interface for day to day issues and queries.
• Administer standards, policies, and procedures to improve system availability, reliability, recoverability, or manageability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve low-level bugs and issues.
• Support network operating systems, applications, and utility software.

Your Skills And Experience

Technical Skills
• Pentaho or any other ETL tool.
• Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Database Administration (DBA)
• Authentication/Authorization concepts.
• OS – Linux/Windows
• Shell scripting
• Cloud concepts.
• DevOps processes.

Experience
• Experience in working in a data centered project.
• Experience of production support.
• Experience of database development using sql/plsql.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in monitoring database/servers/load etc.
• Experience in Oracle database/ETL tool is preferred.
• Experience in Cloud (GCP, AWS, AZURE)
• Experience in Automation using Ansible or similar.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex problems.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure there is no gap.
• Appropriate communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
