Job Title: Back office Associate

Experience / Qualifications

A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Should have worked / experienced in B2B environment.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Good communication skills ( Hindi , English) ; oral, written and presentation
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, and Excel)
Must have experience in CRM management
Job Role: -

· Handling e-mail communications and B2B queries as per business requirement

· Ensure timely execution of data and generate evaluation samples on tool.

· Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them according.

· Track and publish monthly usage for billing .

· Self Driven and Motivated for creativity and learning

· Coordinating with client and Internal Teams

· Should be Flexible in shifts as per customer requirements

· Should have hand on Presentations skills and able to prepare presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
