Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Back Office Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative and clerical work of the office. The candidate shall assist in smooth functioning of office operations, case file management, computer work, and coordination related to court matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

Computer & Data Entry Work
Making regular computer entries related to office work and case details
Updating records, registers, and digital data
File & Case Management
Handling physical and digital case files
Proper maintenance of file racks and court matter files
Organizing, labeling, and indexing files matter-wise and court-wise
Documentation Work
Typing, formatting, and editing documents in MS Word
Scanning, printing, photocopying, and compiling documents
Preparing drafts as instructed by the advocate
Office Assistance
Assisting in daily office work and coordination
Supporting the advocate and staff in routine activities
Ensuring timely availability of required files and documents
Call Handling & Communication
Receiving and attending office calls professionally
Noting messages and conveying them accurately
Coordinating with clients, courts, clerks, and other offices when required
Email Handling
Sending, receiving, and replying to emails as instructed
Maintaining proper email records and attachments
Court-Related Assistance
Managing court matter files
Keeping track of hearing dates and case status
Assisting in preparation of files for court proceedings
General Back Office Work
Taking care of day-to-day back office activities
Maintaining discipline, confidentiality, and proper office decorum
Any other work assigned from time to time related to office functioning
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of computers
Proficiency in MS Word, scanning, printing, and email handling
Good organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
